NORTHWESTERN EDGES VANDERBILT IN NCAA, 68-66

SALT LAKE CITY– No. 9 seed Vanderbilt fell to eighth-seeded Northwestern 68-66 on Thursday afternoon. The Commodores trailed by 15 with just over 13 minutes remaining in the contest but VU went on a 28-12 run to take a 62-61 lead with 1:36 remaining.
